Manta's Lifestyle DPI provides the gold standard for user convenience with a simple one-step opening process, clear product identification and a low cost disposable design. The efficient dispersion engine provides consistent dose delivery performance. This DPI is ideally suited for users with active lifestyles, rescue applications or emerging markets.
Opening the device is similar to popping a pill from a blister. The user presses on the lower blister shell to push the mouthpiece through the top foil lidding. The mouthpiece rotates into a locked upright position while simultaneously opening the dose chamber and priming the device for inhalation.
This DPI integrates Manta's patented Blister Opening and Metering Dose Chamber Technologies and is comprised of a standard foil blister and two injection molded parts. Manufacturing and filling use standard industry materials and methods. This DPI integrates the following:
